I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing at Virginia State University, earning my commission as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army through the ROTC program. During my military career, I served with distinction as a Personnel and Human Resource Officer both stateside and overseas, eventually earning a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management at Webster University.

Besides being a distinguished manager and leader while in the U.S. Army, as an-Officer (Major/retired), My career spanned in roles as a Senior Manager in the Federal Government and as a successful Co-owner of an Executive Search Recruitment business. Throughout all of my career endeavors, I have always been involved in volunteering to creating my Floral Designs in all of my career positions for ceremonial celebrations, ethnic-events and theme activities for enhancing the space and settings of all of the events, for the above. My love for silk floral designs do not stop there. I have always continued by contributing my creative skills and talents through community events and displays. I contribute to my community by volunteering my floral designs and participating in military and veteran projects to include organizations such as: Athletes For Vets Foundation and as a member of the NFL Moms Alumni association (PFPMA), as well as a member of several other national and local organizations, to include community-base events.  

I'm married with two adult children who are actively involved in my floral business, along with two grandchildren and a beloved Shih Tzu. I am dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and bringing creativity, elegance and custom designs to all my floral arrangements.
